Empowering educators with AI: Our recent workshop [European Projects Development]

In January 2025, we partnered with the European Projects Development (EPD) to conduct AI workshops for Lithuanian educators. EPD initiated this collaboration, and we were pleased to host the sessions at our Krakow office. As part of an Erasmus+ mobility project, 12 teachers participated in the training.
Our goal was to show how AI can enhance teaching and learning:
AI-enhanced lesson planning: We demonstrated how AI tools can assist in creating lesson plans, allowing teachers to focus more on student engagement.
Adaptive learning platforms: Participants learned to use AI to capture lectures and generate summarized notes, aiding student comprehension.
Ethical AI use: We discussed setting guidelines for responsible AI use in homework and projects, emphasizing the importance of verifying AI-generated content
During our recent workshop, we addressed several challenges in integrating AI into education. We emphasized the necessity of reliable data for accurate AI outputs. Recognizing that many educators may lack confidence in using AI, we provided hands-on training to boost their skills. Additionally, we acknowledged that not all schools have the necessary resources for AI tools and offered strategies to overcome these barriers.
Educators left the workshop equipped with practical AI applications, ready to enhance their teaching methods and improve student engagement.
