We stand with Ukraine
As Pragmatic Coders, we decided to donate 100000 PLN (around 25k USD) to support Ukraine and Ukrainian refugees in these challenging days.
Money was distributed between:
▪ Polska Misja Medyczna/Polish Medical Mission https://pmm.org.pl/en – medical assistance in Ukraine
▪ Fundacja Polskie Centrum Pomocy Międzynarodowej (PCPM) (Polish Center For International Aid) https://pcpm.org.pl/en – they are helping with evacuation and logistic
▪ Polski Czerwony Krzyż (Polish Red Cross) https://pck.pl/ – helping refugees
▪ Ukrainian Army: https://lnkd.in/eJWGEstf – they have the most significant impact on stopping this war.
But money is nothing compared to how our people provide help. We are very proud of our team members at Pragmatic Coders, who are actively helping Ukrainian refugees.
Some of us were transporting supplies through the Ukrainian border to help people waiting in lines. Others offered shelter to Ukrainian refugees in their own homes and participated in other forms of help.
We encourage everyone to support Ukraine and the Ukrainian People who were brutally invaded by the Russian Army last week. Every action, even the smallest one, matters! Even your words of support matter!
The situation is developing rapidly. We will continue our support for Ukraine and its refugees. We are also taking all the measures to secure and help our people to get through this.
We also decided that from now on we will refuse to do any business with companies from Russia and countries that support them.
