HR Business Partner

At Pragmatic Coders:

  • You will be working together with our leadership team on shaping company culture according to core values and improving employee experience,
  • You will be responsible for employer branding strategy and implementation,
  • Your role will be to become a Pragmatic Coders’ brand ambassador and represent us outside of the company,
  • You will be managing and coordinating end to end recruitment processes and continuously optimizing it based on data and empirical experiments,
  • You will be responsible for the “hard HR” – processing paperwork and documents related to contracts, payroll, benefits, etc. (with cooperation with our HR legal advisor and Accountant), creating HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • “Take ownership” and “What additional value could I add here?” attitude
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in the HR/People Operations
  • Passion for technology and ability to use such tools as Google Spreadsheets, Facebook Ads, WordPress, Zappier
  • Knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish
  • English at B2+ level

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Polish labour law in terms of hiring foreigners would be beneficial
  • Engineering mindset would be beneficial (data-driven process, empiricism, experimentation)
