Marketing Generalist

Location: Krakow
We are looking for experienced Marketing Generalist ready to take a challenge of building the best brand of professional, premium software development services in the world. 80% of our sales leads came from inbound marketing (the rest from recommendations and networking), with your help we want to leverage this channel to its full potential.

Your role

Do you feel the thrill of excitement when you come up with innovative ways of reaching demanding audience on C-level? Do you love trying out new approaches and latest tricks in marketing? Can you easily analyze data to create high-quality client experience?

The job is challenging, but at the same time very rewarding. You will be expected to boost our brand awareness and improve lead generation effectiveness. Everything in a data-driven manner.

At Pragmatic Coders you will:

  • To have at least 2 years of experience in services marketing for B2B clients on an international level
  • design, plan and implement B2B international marketing strategy
  • report directly to the company board
  • analyze data and improve SEO & SEM performance
  • coordinate rebranding process in cooperation with an agency
  • work closely with the HR team to shape Employer Branding strategy consistent with the brand
  • prepare all promo-materials including case studies, products & services descriptions, press releases etc.
  • be involved in all aspects of the company growth strategy by working closely with Pragmatic Coders’ board
  • manage all websites & social media content (from strategy to posting the content)
  • be responsible for creating content marketing and content distribution strategies and their execution
  • create, monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, full-funnel metrics, and website metrics
  • plan and optimize marketing campaigns based on collected data
  • perform market research analysis and prepare competition analyses
  • have a lot of learning opportunities, independence and team support

Our expectations

To be successful in this position, you will need:

  • Knowledge and experience in data-driven marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of modern marketing tools
  • A good understanding of sales funnels and decision making processes in B2B sales and marketing
  • Knowledge about IT Services industry
  • To be able to solve problems in creative way
  • Experience in SEM and other types of advertisement
  • A good knowledge about SEO optimization
  • To make effective decisions based on collected data
  • Fluent English skills, both in speaking and writing

Nice to have:

  • Copywriting skills
  • Experience and knowledge in Growth Hacking methods and tools

Salary range:

  • 7000 – 11500 PLN monthly (Net-B2B) || 5800 – 9700 PLN per month (Gross-Regular Employment Contract)
